Step 1: First, start the ignition and let it run until the temperature gauge reaches its standard operating level.
Step 2: Now, with the engine running at an idle speed, turn the steering wheel all the way to one side or full lock and then reverse it all the turn to the other side. Do the step a few times to smooth out its hinges.
Step 3: After locking and unlocking the power steering a few times, now it’s time to turn off the engine. After turning it off, go to the front of the car, open the hood, look under it and locate the power steering reservoir. Use your vehicle owner’s manual to know its exact location. It will either come in black, yellow cap or a white one.
